USA Room Divider products are manufactured in the USA by our supplier Screenflex Room Dividers.
Shipping Policy
USA Room Dividers uses Common Carrier to deliver our room dividers and other large products. For our smaller products, we use ground services. Our shipping includes “Tailgate Delivery”. Tailgate delivery means the driver is responsible for bringing freight to the tailgate (rear) of the truck. Receiver is responsible for unloading the freight. For all other locations or for inside delivery, please contact us for a shipping quote. Prior to shipping, we wrap your products in a protective case designed to withstand the rigors of cross country shipping. In the rare case where products appear to be damaged due to shipping, you should refuse delivery, and contact us in case of damage or lost shipments.
Refund and Return Policy
All returns or repairs must be approved and authorized by USA Room Dividers’s customer service. Due to the custom nature of some of our products, acceptance of return is subject to inspection and a re-stock charge of 25% of the invoice amount. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the products. Please contact us to report your claim.
